ArtWorks Together 2023 is an international exhibition, offering adult artists with learning disabilities, autism or both, the opportunity to showcase their artistic talents to the entire world to gain the recognition they deserve.

Our goal has always been to support the creative practice of adults with learning disabilities, autism or both. 

 

We wholeheartedly recognise that opportunities do not present themselves to all people in equal measure. We are determined to minimise the effect living with a learning disability and autism has on a person's right to participate within the arts. 

 

This year's selected works were exhibited at the grand Wentworth Woodhouse from 30th August to 24th September 2023. You can now view them in our virtual gallery.

Wentworth Woodhouse is a Grade I listed stately home first built in 1735 in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. It attracts an average of 40,000 visitors per year through its rich history, 87 acres of beautiful gardens, including a deer park and lakes, and the longest façade of any country house in England. The ArtWorks Together exhibition will be held in the Pillared Hall at Wentworth Woodhouse, a great central position passed by all visitors to the house, its gardens and the cafe. This spectacular venue provides the perfect platform for showcasing the talent of artists with learning disabilities, autism or both to the world!
